We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team and contribute to our ongoing success. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with top talent in the industry, utilising various recruitment channels and building a strong network of potential candidates. Key Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Consultant
•    Leveraging a range of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates who not only possess the necessary skills but also align with our company's core values and culture.
•    Conducting initial phone calls to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and potential fit for specific roles.
•    Fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs.
•   Coordinating interviews with internal teams and external suppliers, liaising closely with all parties to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient time-to-hire.
