Your Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth and maximizing team output. You will develop and implement strategic plans to consistently exceed property listing and sales targets. This includes actively generating new business and managing the full sales cycle from appraisal to completion. Your leadership will be key to driving team achievement: you'll be responsible for recruiting top talent, providing rigorous training, maintaining peak motivation, and meticulously managing performance to ensure maximum productivity. Furthermore, you'll ensure we maintain exceptional customer and client relationships, delivering a premium service and building strong connections by efficiently addressing all inquiries.
