The Role
We're looking for a motivated and proactive Apprentice Office Coordinator to join our busy team! This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in property, working on reception and providing vital administrative support to our lettings and sales departments. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously completing a nationally recognised qualification.

Your Responsibilities as an Apprentice Office Coordinator:
As an Apprentice Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering a professional welcome. You will be responsible for efficiently handling phone calls and email enquiries, maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area, and providing key administrative assistance to both our lettings and sales teams. Your contribution will be vital to the overall smooth running of the office.

How the Apprenticeship will work:

Your studies will be delivered by a specialist apprenticeship firm, and you will be remotely supported by a highly experienced tutor and assessor throughout your journey and will be completed during work hours.

The Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship is a minimum of 12 months and should typically be completed within 18 months. The apprenticeship provides a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours, which can be gained working across an organisation and its processes. The apprenticeship is a firm grounding in organisational operations and functional processes, as well as the wider working environment.

Your Skills and Experience:

• You take initiative, identifying tasks that need actioning and approaching them with a consistently positive attitude.
• You possess excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything is kept in order and tasks are managed effectively and efficiently.
• You possess strong computer literacy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• You thrive in a team environment, willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive office atmosphere.
• You are passionate about the property sector and committed to building a career within Estate Agency.
